PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone device which prevents a sense of incompatibility in hearing by controlling a noise cancelling mode synchronously between an L-channel side and an R-channel side.SOLUTION: The earphone device comprises: an L-channel side housing part 3Lh in which an L-channel side driver unit emitting L-channel sounds is accommodated; and an R-channel side housing part 3Rh in which an R-channel side driver unit emitting R-channel sounds is accommodated. In both the housing parts, a substrate mounting an NC processing part which executes processing for implementing a noise cancelling function is accommodated. The earphone device has a plurality of noise cancelling modes. The noise cancelling mode is controlled synchronously between the L-channel side and the R-channel side.
