PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a portable information communication terminal including a cord.SOLUTION: A rotary part 4 is fitted to a pedestal 2 at the side of an edge 24, a strut 41 penetrating the pedestal 2 is fitted to the rotary part 4, and a flat plate 42 is fitted in an end of the strut 2 penetrating the pedestal 2. Around the strut 41, the rotary part 4 is rotatable at 360° at one surface side of the pedestal 2. A stand 3 is fitted to the rotary part 4, a notch 312 of the curved stand 3 of which the center is formed to be hollow holds the rotary part, and a shaft 5 is integrated into a hole part 43 of the rotary part 4 and a coupling hole 313 of the stand 3, such that the stand 3 is rotatable relative to the rotary part 4 (the pedestal 2) around the shaft 5.
