PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which, when verifying temporary diagnosis candidates that judge an observation, can support comprehension of other diagnosis candidates to be compared with the diagnosis candidates at the same time.SOLUTION: Provided is a device which supports preparation of a medical report including information of an image of a diagnosed object, information of an observation on the image, information of a diagnosis on the diagnosed object, and information indicating a treatment on the diagnosis, as well as relation information indicating relations among a plurality of items included in the individual information. Identification means identifies from the plurality of the items at least two exclusively related items which are those included in the information of the diagnosis on the diagnosed object.
