Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having high quality in brazed joint between a heat conducting pipe and a connection pipe.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprising a plurality of aluminum heat conducting pipes 11 through which heating medium flows and which are mutually aligned, a plurality of aluminum connection pipes 12, 13 through which the heating medium flows and jointed with end part of the heat conducting pipes 11 by brazing, a heat uniforming member 21 which is arranged so as to contact to at least a part of at least 2 connection pipes 12, 13 among the plurality of connection pipes 12, 13 so that heat may be conducted and consisting of a thermal conductor. Thereby, when the heat conducting pipes 11 and the connection pipes 12, 13 are jointed by brazing with heat in a heat exchanger producing step, the connection pipes 12, 13 mutually conducts heat via the heat uniforming member 21, thus unevenness in temperature rising between the connection pipes 12, 13 may be suppressed. Therefore, unevenness in heat conduction from each of the connection pipes 12, 13 to the jointing part 16 may be suppressed, thus brazing between the heat conducting pipes 11 and the connection pipes 12, 13 may be uniformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】伝熱管と接続管とのろう付け接合品質が高い熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】熱媒体が流れ、互いに並んで配置された複数のアルミニウム製の伝熱管11と、熱媒体が流れ、伝熱管11の端部にろう付け接合された複数のアルミニウム製の接続管12、13と、複数の接続管12、13のうち少なくとも2つの接続管12、13の少なくとも一部に熱伝導可能に接触するように配置され、熱伝導体で形成された均熱部材21とを備える。これによると、熱交換器の製造工程において伝熱管11と接続管12、13とを加熱によってろう付けする際に、接続管12、13同士が均熱部材21を介して熱伝導するので、接続管12、13相互間で昇温にバラツキが生じることを抑制できる。そのため、各接続管12、13から接合部16への熱伝導バラツキを抑制できるので、伝熱管11と接続管12、13とのろう付けを均熱化できる。【選択図】図3
