Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gasification melting furnace capable of sufficiently suppressing increase of fuel to be introduced into the furnace in a case of operation that an open hole for discharging molten material is steady opened, and capable of sufficiently preventing the open hole from being closed due to temperature drop of the molten material at the open hole and around its surroundings, and provide an operational method therefor.SOLUTION: A waste gasification melting furnace includes: a melting furnace part positioned on a furnace bottom side; an open hole formed from an inner surface of the melting furnace part to an outer surface thereof; a pressure holding chamber arranged outside the melting furnace part, and having an internal space communicating with the open hole; and a burner arranged in the pressure holding chamber, and configured to add heat to molten material discharged from the open hole. The pressure holding chamber can maintain pressure in the pressure holding chamber so as to be larger than pressure in the melting furnace part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶融物排出用の貫通孔を定常的に開放して操業する場合において、炉内に導入すべき燃料の増加を十分に抑制でき、なおかつ、貫通孔及びその周辺における溶融物の温度低下に起因して貫通孔が閉塞されることを十分に抑制できる廃棄物ガス化溶融炉及びその運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る廃棄物ガス化溶融炉は、炉底側に位置する溶融炉部と、溶融炉部の内面から外面にかけて形成された貫通孔と、溶融炉部の外に配置されており、貫通孔と連通する内部空間を有する保圧室と、保圧室内に配置されており、貫通孔から排出される溶融物に熱を加えるバーナとを備え、保圧室は溶融炉部内の圧力よりも保圧室内の圧力を高く維持できるように構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
