Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine that can more appropriately inhibit knocking from occurring due to adhesion of deposit.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine 1 includes a variable valve train 13 that can maintain valve timing of an intake valve 9 in an intermediate phase that is set midway between the most timing delay phase and the most timing advance phase at start of the engine. A control device 26 calculates a degree of deposit adhesion in a combustion chamber 2, and calculates deposit correction amount that is timing delay correction amount of ignition timing set in accordance with the calculated degree of the deposit adhesion. The control device 26 calculates first correction amount that is an adaptive value of the timing delay correction amount of the ignition timing in a reference phase of the valve timing and second correction amount that is an adaptive value of the timing delay correction amount of the ignition timing in an adaptive phase of the valve timing. Based on the first correction amount and the second correction amount, the deposit correction amount is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デポジット付着によるノッキングの発生をより適切に抑えることのできる内燃機関の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関1は、機関始動時において吸気バルブ9のバルブタイミングを最遅角位相から最進角位相までの間の中間に設定された中間位相に保持可能な可変動弁機構13を備えている。制御装置26は、燃焼室2内のデポジットの付着度合いを算出し、その算出されたデポジットの付着度合に応じて設定される点火時期の遅角補正量であるデポジット補正量を算出する。この制御装置26は、バルブタイミングの基準位相における点火時期の遅角補正量の適合値である第1補正量と、バルブタイミングの適合位相における点火時期の遅角補正量の適合値である第2補正量とを算出する。そして、第1補正量と第2補正量とに基づいてデポジット補正量を設定する。【選択図】図1
