LOCK BOLT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock bolt and a construction method thereof capable of installing a fixing object without applying an excess load to a lining, and capable of also reinforcing the lining-installed natural ground.SOLUTION: A lock bolt on the present invention is the lock bolt fixed to a drilled hole formed in the natural ground and a lining applied to its surface, and capable of installing a fixing object on a surface of the lining, and comprises an expansion type pipe formed in a cylindrical shape, having an inside space of extending in the axial direction and expanding by being plastically deformed by injecting a pressurized fluid into the inside space, a restraining member inserted into the expansion type pipe, arranged in a position corresponding to at least the lining in the drilled hole, formed in a cylindrical shape and having a diameter expanding slit of extending in the axial direction in a tip part and a screw part installed in an end part of the expansion type pipe and engageable with the fixing object when fixed to the drilled hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】覆工に余分な負荷をかけることなく固定物を取り付けることができ、しかも覆工が打設された地山の補強も可能なロックボルト、及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るロックボルトは、地山及びその表面に施された覆工に形成された削孔に定着されるとともに、覆工の表面に固定物を取り付け可能なロックボルトであって、筒状に形成され、軸方向に延びる内部空間を有するとともに、内部空間に加圧流体を注入することで、塑性変形して膨張する膨張式管と、膨張式管に挿通され、削孔において少なくとも覆工と対応する位置に配置される、筒状に形成され且つ先端部に軸方向に延びている拡径用スリットを有する拘束部材と、膨張式管の端部に取り付けられ、削孔への定着時に、固定物に係合可能なネジ部と、を備えている。【選択図】図２
