Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which exhibits nonuniform glossiness while having adequate glossiness intensity, color unevenness and a pattern on the surface of the film, is excellent in workability, and can be applied to decoration of a large area.SOLUTION: A laminated film has such a structure that 250 or more layers of the total of layers formed of a polyester resin A (A layers) and layers formed of a polyester resin B (B layers) are alternately laminated in a thickness direction, satisfying all of following conditions: (1) Polyester resin A mainly contains polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene naphthalate, and resin B is resin containing spiroglycol and cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid. (2) Relative reflectivity at wavelength band of 400-1,000 nm is 50% or more and 100% or less. (3) Difference (difference of reflectivity) between maximum value and minimum value of reflectivity at wavelength band of 400-1,000 nm is 8 or more. (4) Numerical value at peeling test measured according to JIS K5600 (in 2002) is in range of 0 or more and less than 1. (5) Color difference ΔE measured from surface of film is 5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】フィルム表面に適度な光沢の強弱、色ムラや模様を有しながら均質的でない光沢を呈し、加工性にも優れ、かつ大きな面積の装飾にも応用できる積層フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】ポリエステル樹脂Aからなる層(A層)とポリエステル樹脂Bからなる層(B層)とを交互に厚み方向に合計250層以上積層した構造を有し、下記(1)〜(5)の全てを満たすことを特徴とする積層フィルム。(1)ポリエステル樹脂Aがポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはポリエチレンナフタレートを主とするものであり、樹脂Bはスピログリコールおよびシクロヘキサンジカルボン酸を含んでなる樹脂であること。(2)波長帯域400〜1000nmにおける相対反射率が50%以上100%以下であること。(3)波長帯域400〜1000nmにおける反射率の最大値と最小値の差(反射率の差異)が8以上であること。(4)JIS K5600(2002年)により測定した剥離試験での数値が0以上1未満の範囲にあること。(5)フィルム表面より測定した色差ΔEが5より大きいこと。【選択図】なし |
