Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a bulk formation to keep a bulk formation yield at a high level by sufficiently lowering the temperature of the roll surface of a double roll type coal bulk former.SOLUTION: In order to cool bearing parts 14 and 15 at two ends of rolls 11 and 12 of a double roll type coal lumping machine, there is formed a hole extending from the outer end part of one bearing part 14 to the outer end part of the other bearing part 15. A pipe 32 is inserted into a hole 20 from the side of the one bearing part 14, and water is supplied from the side of one bearing part 14 into the hole 20, and the water is discharged from into the hole 20 the pipe 32 extending from the bearing part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ダブルロール式石炭塊成機のロール表面の温度を十分に低下させることにより、塊成を安定化させて塊成歩留りを高位に維持する方法を提供する。【解決手段】ダブルロール式石炭塊成機のロール11、12両端の軸受部14、15を冷却するため、一方の軸受部14の外側端部から他方の軸受部15の外側端部まで到達する孔20を設け、一方の軸受部14側からパイプ32を孔20に挿入し、一方の軸受部14側から孔20内に給水し軸受部14から延出するパイプ32から排水する。【選択図】図3
