Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane separation apparatus equipped with an air diffuser capable of uniformly cleaning a membrane element.SOLUTION: A membrane separation apparatus 100 for filtering a liquid to be treated to obtain a treated liquid comprises: a membrane element 4 for filtering the liquid to be treated with film-like filtration membranes for filtering the liquid to be treated to obtain the treated liquid, which is provided with the filtration membranes in a state forming a pair of extending surfaces facing each other to form an outline; a membrane module 5 which is provided with the plurality of membrane elements 4 arranged horizontally with a space of an intermembrane passage in a state where the extending surfaces of the membrane element 4 are along the vertical direction; a membrane separation tank 3 provided with the membrane module 5 therein; and air diffusing pipes 1, 2, 3 having aeration holes for aerating the liquid to be treated in the intermembrane passage. The axes of the diffusing pipes 1, 2, 3 intersect the extending direction of the membrane element 4 in a top view, and the diffusing pipes 1, 2, 3 are configured in a loop shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】膜エレメントの洗浄を均一に行うことが可能な散気装置を備える膜分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】被処理液をろ過処理して処理液を得る膜分離装置100であって、前記被処理液をろ過処理する膜状のろ過膜を、対向して外郭を形成する1対の延在面を形成する状態で備えられ、前記被処理液を前記ろ過膜でろ過処理して前記処理液を得るための膜エレメント4と、膜エレメント4の延在面が鉛直方向に沿った状態で、複数の膜エレメント4が膜間流路の間を空けて水平方向に並んで備わる膜モジュール5と、膜モジュール5を内部に備える膜分離槽3と、前記膜間流路の前記被処理液に散気する散気孔を有する散気管1,2,3と、を備え、散気管1,2,3の軸は、上面視で、膜エレメント4の延在方向に交差した状態で有し、散気管1,2,3はループ状に構成されている。【選択図】図4 |
