PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a charger in a new structure at a charging stand.SOLUTION: A bottom part of a housing 200 is fixed to a first surface of a first fixing member 410. A second surface (a back surface: a surface opposite to the first surface) of the first fixing member 410 covers an upper side of a mounting part 300. A second fixing member 420 is connected to the first fixing member 410. The second fixing member 420 extends toward a side opposite to the housing 200. The second fixing member 420 covers the housing 200 from a direction different from that of the first fixing member 410. A third fixing member 430 faces the first fixing member 410 through the housing 200. The third fixing member 430 is fixed to the second fixing member 420. A fourth fixing member 440 faces the second fixing member 420 through the housing 200.
