Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film electrostatic coating device capable of safely performing electrostatic coating of a thin film and simplifying the structure.SOLUTION: The thin film electrostatic coating device comprises a belt conveyor device 10 for feeding a conveyor belt 11 capable of holding a web-shaped base material 9 on its surface, a base material supply device 20 for supplying the base material 9, a base material recovery device 30 for recovering the base material 9, a housing 40 surrounding an intermediate portion of the conveyor belt 11, a powder supply device 42 for supplying powder from one end portion of the housing 40 to the other end portion thereof, and an electrode 44 installed in the housing 40 to fix the powder on the base material 9. A plurality of belt conveyor devices 10 are installed in the middle of a series of substrates 9. The plurality of belt conveyor devices 10 are each provided with the housing 40, the powder supply device 42 and the electrode 44. Each of the plurality of belt conveyor devices 10 is arranged in the longitudinal direction, and each of them is installed adjacent to each other in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
