【課題】顕熱が回収された燃焼排ガスの温度を測定することによりスケール詰まりを確実に判定可能な給湯装置を提供すること。【解決手段】給湯装置は、燃焼ガスによって上水を加熱するためのフィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器を備え、前記熱交換器において熱交換された後の排気温度を検知するための温度検知手段と、この温度検知手段によって検知される検知温度が設定温度以上になった場合に前記熱交換器の伝熱管内にスケールが堆積していると判定する判定手段とを備えている。【選択図】図1 |
