Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal pipe joint for liquid fluid in which a pipe installing work can be easily carried out even in a narrow space, a substantial cost reduction in pipe installing work can be attained, it shows a high connecting strength at a structure itself of the universal joint, a superior earthquake restriction and superior earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a universal joint 100 for a pipe connection part in which end peripheral edges 12, 13 at a first or second fitting parts 3, 7 are formed at locations spaced apart from a reference plane T only by a length L by 21 to 23% in respect to either R1 or R2 of the maximum diameter lengths at the reference plane T of either first or second fitting parts 3, 7 toward a direction V opposite to a side where a straight line pipe part 1 is connected from the reference plane T defined in this invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】狭い空間内でも、配管設置工事が容易で、配管設置工事費の大幅な削減が可能であり、自在継ぎ手そのものの構造における接合強度が高く、制震性及び耐震性に優れた液状流体通路用自在管継手を提供する。【解決手段】第1又は第2の嵌合部3、7における端部周縁部12、13が、本発明で定義する基準平面Tより直管部1が接続されている側とは反対側の方向Vに向けて、当該第1又は第2の嵌合部3、7の当該基準平面Tでの最大径部長さR1又はR2に対して、21乃至23%の長さLだけ、基準平面Tから離間した部位に形成されている配管接合部用自在継手100。【選択図】図1
