Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device and method that can easily hold a steel pipe, and can transmit rotation and press-fitting force.SOLUTION: A holding device comprises a taper strut, a rotation transmission pipe being a hollow pipe capable of inserting a taper strut, and an outer cylinder being a hollow pipe capable of being integrated by inserting a rotation transmission pipe. A head of the steel pipe to be press-fitted is inserted between an outer circumferential surface of the rotation transmission pipe and an inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder. A wedge installed in a wedge window of the rotation transmission pipe is extruded by the tapered part of the taper strut, and pressed in a steel pipe inner wall and held therein. In the side surface of the rotation transmission pipe, a triangular quarter window assuming one side as a lower edge is opened, and a steel pipe stopper is projected annularly. Both ends of the pin penetrating through the taper strut in the traverse direction is positioned in the quarter window, the rotation of the taper strut is transmitted to the rotation transmission pipe and the outer cylinder through the pin and the quarter window, the head of the steel pipe is pressed by the steel pipe stopper, and thereby the rotation and the axial press-fitting force can be provided to the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管を簡単に把持して回転と圧入力を伝達できる把持装置と方法を提供する。【解決手段】テーパー支柱と、テーパー支柱が挿入可能な中空管である回転伝達管と、回転伝達管を挿入して一体化可能な中空管である外筒とによって構成する。回転伝達管の外周面と、外筒の内周面の間に圧入対象の鋼管の頭部を挿入し、回転伝達管のくさび窓に設置したクサビを、テーパー支柱のテーパー部で押し出して、鋼管内壁に押圧して把持する。回転伝達管の側面には、三角形の一辺を下の縁とした三角窓を開口し、鋼管ストッパを環状に突設する。テーパー支柱を横断方向に貫通したピンの両端を三角窓内に位置させて、テーパー支柱の回転をピンと三角窓を介して回転伝達管と外筒に伝達し、鋼管ストッパで鋼管の頭部を押圧することで、鋼管に回転と軸方向の圧入力を与え得るように構成する。【選択図】図1 |
