PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose allowing a body weight to be moved appropriately in walking, capable of guiding walking actions to use a toe, suppressing walking in abnormal actions, and achieving comfortable walking.SOLUTION: A hose includes: strong fastening areas 3, 4 having a relatively low expansion rate in a longitudinal direction and a lateral direction in a constant load; and weak fastening areas 5, 6, 7 having the relatively high expansion rate in either the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction. The strong fastening areas cover at least a part of a thumb bag 2, cover a bottom face and a lateral face of a first metatarsal, ascend upward from an inner side arch of the foot to an upper side of the first metatarsal, extend around to a rear side face of a calcaneus along a lower part of a medial malleolus, continue in a belt shape to a position passing a lower part of a lateral malleolus, descend downward at a position having passed the lower part of the lateral malleolus, pass a fifth metatarsal bottom part from an outer arch of the foot and continue to the thumb bag, and cover a main part of a sole arc. The weak fastening areas exist at least in a region of toe bags other than a thumb and a vicinity of second to fifth metatarsal heads continuing to the toe bags when viewed from a bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】歩行時の体重移動を適正にし、爪先まで使って歩行するよう誘導でき、異常な動作での歩行を抑制し、快適な歩行ができる靴下を提供する。【解決手段】定荷重における伸長率がタテ及びヨコ方向とも相対的に低い強緊締領域(3,4)と、タテ及びヨコ方向のいずれか一方の同伸長率が相対的に高い弱緊締領域(5,6,7)を含む靴下(1)であって、強緊締領域は親指袋(2)の少なくとも一部を覆い、第１中足骨の底面と側面を覆い、内側踏まず部から第１中足骨の上方に上がり、内果の下部に沿って踵骨の後側面に回り、外果の下部を通過する位置までベルト状で連続し、外果の下部を通過した位置で下方に下がり、外側踏まず部から第５中足骨底部を通り親指袋まで連続し、足底踏まず部の主要部を覆い、弱緊締領域は少なくとも底から見て親指以外の指袋とこれに連続する第２〜第５中足骨頭付近までの領域に存在している。【選択図】図１
