TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM FOR SPINNING BOBBIN, AND OPERATION METHOD OF TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detection means for surely detecting presence of a transportation tray made from plastic, and an operation method of a transportation system for detection.SOLUTION: A transportation system for a spinning bobbin includes a plastic transportation tray 2 for perpendicularly arranging a spinning bobbin 3, a transportation path 4 for transporting the transportation tray 2, and a detection means for detecting presence of the transportation tray 2 at a predetermined position of the transportation path 4. The detection means includes a passive RFID transponder 6 arranged in the transportation tray 4, and an induction type proximity switch 7. The induction type proximity switch 7 includes an oscillation circuit for generating an alternation magnetic field, and for the oscillation circuit to be attenuated by the RFID transponder 6, a frequency of the alternation magnetic field agrees with an operation frequency of the RFID transponder 6. The induction type proximity switch 7 has a process unit, and the process unit generates a signal that indicates presence of the transportation tray 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プラスチック製の搬送トレイの有無を確実に検出できる検出手段、及び検出するための搬送システムの動作方法を提供する。【解決手段】紡績ボビン３を直立配置するためのプラスチック製の搬送トレイ２と、搬送トレイ２を搬送するための搬送経路４と、搬送経路４の所定の位置において搬送トレイ２の有無を検出する検出手段とを備えている。検出手段は、搬送トレイ４に配置されたパッシブＲＦＩＤトランスポンダ６と、誘導式近接スイッチ７とを備えている。誘導式近接スイッチ７は、交番磁界を生成するための振動回路を備え、振動回路がＲＦＩＤトランスポンダ６によって減衰されるようにするため、交番磁界の周波数はＲＦＩＤトランスポンダ６の動作周波数と一致する。誘導式近接スイッチ７は処理ユニットを有し、この処理ユニットは搬送トレイ４の存在を示す信号を生成する。【選択図】図１
