Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a cooling medium in a cooling device including a radiator mounted on a vehicle, a fan which generates cooling air for cooling the radiator, and a shroud provided between the fan and the radiator and configured to guide the cooling air.SOLUTION: A cooling device 100 includes: a rear radiator 30, which is mounted on a vehicle 1 and circulates a coolant to radiate heat of the coolant; a fan 40 which generates cooling air for cooling the rear radiator 30; and a shroud 50 provided between the fan 40 and the radiator 30 and configured to guide the cooling air.
