Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify connection means for connecting transport travel bodies in a transport device using transport travel bodies which are friction driven.SOLUTION: A transport device comprises a connected part 9 which is connected on one end of a load bar 7, and a connection hook 8 which is connected on the other end and which can be detachably engaged to the connected part 9, as connection means for connecting transport travel bodies 1 in a state in which the load bars 7 are continuous each other. The connection hook 8 is vertically movably supported between a before-engagement posture in which the hook is separated upward from the connected part 9 and a standby posture in which the hook is tilted to a drop limitation from an engagement posture by energization force, with respect to the engagement posture in which the hook covers the connected part 9 from an upper side, when the connection hook 8 is in the standby posture, the connection hook 8 in the standby posture and the connected part 9 do not contact each other, and the transport travel bodies 1 adjacent in a cross direction can contact to a connection state in which, the respective load bars 7 can butt each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】摩擦駆動される搬送用走行体利用の搬送装置における搬送用走行体どうしの連結手段を簡素化する。【解決手段】搬送用走行体1どうしを、ロードバー7が互いに連続する状態に連結する連結手段として、ロードバー7の一端に設けられた被連結部9と、他端に設けられて、被連結部9に対して係脱自在な連結用フック8とを備え、連結用フック8は、被連結部9に上から被さる係合姿勢に対して、当該被連結部9から上方に離れた係合前姿勢と、係合姿勢から付勢力で下降限まで傾動した待機姿勢との間で上下動自在に軸支され、この連結用フック8が待機姿勢にあるときは、この待機姿勢の連結用フック8と被連結部9とが互いに接触することなく、前後に隣接する搬送用走行体1が、それぞれのロードバー7どうしが互いに突き合う接続状態まで、接近出来る。【選択図】図4 |
