Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas discharging structure that has a high aperture ratio for efficiently and easily discharging gas in a cavity, that is an integrated structure for which assembly, positioning and other work are not required, that is a structure having reinforcement bars capable of withstanding a molding pressure, and that has a linear and stepless gas discharge passage, and to provide an injection mold using the same.SOLUTION: A plurality of unit sheets 2 are stacked together with directions of rectangular grooves 4 and projecting portions 5 aligned, in a form where peak flat surfaces 7 of the projecting portions 5 are brought into contact with a flat surface 6 that is on the reverse side of a flat surface 3 on one side of each unit sheet. In the state, the gas discharging structure 1 in the present embodiment formed of multiple rectangular holes 8 and reinforcement bars 4 can be obtained by joining and integrating each flat surface 6 and the peak flat surfaces 7 of the projecting portions 5. This gas discharging structure 1 can be formed using five or more stacked unit sheets. Each unit sheet has a thickness of 1 mm or less, each rectangular groove 4 has a depth of 0.03 mm or less, and a width/depth ratio that is a ratio of the width and depth thereof is 50 or more. Moreover, a distance between the rectangular grooves 4 is 1 mm or less, and unprocessed sections at both ends thereof is 0.5 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】キャビティー内のガスを容易に排出できる効率の良い高い開口率を有し、組み立てや位置決め等の作業を必要としない一体構造であり、成形圧に耐える補強桟を有する構造であると共に直線状で段差のないガス排出路を有するガス排出構造体及びこれを用いてなる射出成形金型を提供する。【解決手段】単位薄板2の片側平面3の反対側の平面6に突出部5の頂部平面7を当接させる態様で矩形溝4及び突出部5の方向を一致させ、揃えて複数積層する。その状態で平面6と突出部5の頂部平面7とを接合一体化することによって多数の矩形穴3と補強桟4とからなる本実施の形態のガス排出構造体1が得られる。このガス排出構造体1は単位薄板厚み1mm以下とし、矩形溝4の深さを0.03mm以下として、その幅と深さの比である幅/深さ比を50以上とし,また矩形溝4間長さを1mm以下、両端の末加工部分を0.5mm以上とし、積層枚数を5以上として形成することができる。【選択図】 図1 |
