DEBURRING SUCTION UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring suction unit capable of providing sufficient air flow by efficiently sucking air from an opening surface of a hood.SOLUTION: The deburring suction unit comprises: a deburring brush 10 rotatably provided in and integrally with a distal end of a rotary shaft 40, a propeller 20 rotatably provided in and integrally with the rotary shaft 40 and at a position more proximal end side than the deburring brush 10; and a suction hood 30 that covers the surroundings of the deburring brush 10 and the propeller 20. In the deburring suction unit, an inflow port 31 for causing an inside and an outside of the suction hood 30 to communicate with each other is formed at the distal end of the suction hood 30, an exhaust tube 50 for exhausting air flowed into the suction hood 30 to outside is provided in a proximal end side portion of the suction hood 30, the propeller 20 rotates to generate an air flow in a direction in which air outside the suction hood 30 flows in the inside of the suction hood 30 through the inflow port 31, and a distal end portion of the deburring brush 10 protrudes from the distal end of the suction hood 30 through the inflow port 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は空気をフードの開口面から効率良く吸引して、十分な空気の流れを得ることができるバリ除去吸引ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】回転軸４０の先端部に一体的に回転可能に設けられるバリ除去用ブラシ１０と、回転軸４０のバリ除去用ブラシ１０よりも基端側に一体的に回転可能に設けられるプロペラ２０と、バリ除去用ブラシ１０およびプロペラ２０の周囲を覆う吸引フード３０とを備え、吸引フード３０の先端部には吸引フード３０の内部と外部とを連通する流入口３１が形成され、吸引フード３０の基端側部分には吸引フード３０内に流入した空気を外部に排出するための排気管５０が設けられ、プロペラ２０は、回転することにより、吸引フード３０外部の空気が流入口３１を通じて吸引フード３０内部に流入する方向の空気の流れを生成し、バリ除去用ブラシ１０の先端部は流入口３１を通じて吸引フード３０の先端から突出する、バリ除去吸引ユニット。【選択図】図２
