Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for high frequency input coupler capable of shortening the time required for baking.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a high frequency input coupler 10 having an inner conductor 18, an outer conductor 19, and a high frequency transmission window 20 closing between the inner conductor 18 and outer conductor 19, a bracket 32 having an exhaust pipe 36 communicating the interior of the high frequency input coupler 10 is attached airtightly thereto. Baking is carried out to exhaust the interior of the bracket 32 and the high frequency input coupler 10 from the exhaust pipe 36, and to heat the high frequency input coupler 10.
