MEASURING INSTRUMENT MANAGEMENT APPARATUS AND MEASURING INSTRUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument management apparatus capable of reducing a work load imposed on a worker when replacing a conventional measuring instrument which, unlike a smart meter, has no function to transmit/receive data.SOLUTION: The measuring instrument management apparatus includes: a local controller 2 that, when a counter for integrating measurement value of a measuring object counts up, sets a meter value when detecting a pulse from the measuring instrument and outputs the same; and a main controller 3 that determines a replacement timing of the measuring instrument based on a piece of stored information on the replacement schedule of the measuring instrument and transmits the meter value included in the information on the replacement schedule to the local controller 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】スマートメーターのようにデータの送受信の機能を備えていない従来の計測器において、計測器を交換する時の作業員の作業負荷を軽減する計測器管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】計測対象を測定した測定値を積算するカウンタがカウントアップした時に、パルスを出力する計測器からのパルスを検知する際、メータ値を設定して出力するローカルコントローラー２と、記憶した計測器の交換予定情報に基づき、前記計測器の交換予定期間を判断し、交換予定情報に含まれるメータ値を前記ローカルコントローラー２に送信するメインコントローラー３とを備える。【選択図】図６
