Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in the capacity of a power storage device by preventing increase in a backup time.SOLUTION: A program, control data, and monitoring operation data stored in a low-speed nonvolatile storage part 13 is copied into a high-speed nonvolatile storage unit 14 at activation, and operation processing is executed using the data stored in the high-speed nonvolatile storage unit 14 during the operation. If new monitoring operation data is input from a monitoring operation device 2, the input data is stored into the low-speed nonvolatile storage part 13 and is saved to the high-speed nonvolatile storage unit 14. This causes control data alone to be saved from the high-speed nonvolatile storage unit 14 to the low-speed nonvolatile storage part 13 when the power source is shut down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バックアップ時間の増大を防ぎ、以って蓄電デバイスの容量の増大を防ぐ。【解決手段】起動時に低速不揮発性記憶部13に格納されているプログラム、制御データ、監視操作データを高速揮発性記憶部14にコピーし、運用中は高速揮発性記憶部14の格納データを用いて演算処理を実行する。監視操作装置2から新たな監視操作データの入力があると、これを低速不揮発性記憶部13に記憶すると共に高速揮発性記憶部14に退避させる。これより、電源断時には、制御データのみを高速揮発性記憶部14から低速不揮発性記憶部13へ退避させる。【選択図】図1
