Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine that has enhanced durability of a shaft seal device for preventing leakage of fluid.SOLUTION: A fluid machine comprises: casings 31a and 31b; an impeller 21a housed in the casings; a main shaft 11 that rotates the impeller 21a; and non-contact annular seals 41 and 43 that seal gaps in opposed portions between a rotating part of the impeller 21a or the main shaft 11 and a fixed part of the casings 31a and 31b.
