Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for heat exchanger excellent in water resistance, hydrophilicity persistence property, especially hydrophilicity persistence property after a heat cycle test, water elution resistance and water slide falling property.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrophilic treatment agent for a heat exchanger aluminum fin containing a hydrophilic polymer (A) and a crosslinking agent (B) and having solid component mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer (A)/the crosslinking agent (B) in a range of 97/3 to 76/24 and the amount of the hydrophilic polymer (A) of 91 to 100 pts.mass in 100 pts.mass of a remaining resin solid component by deducting the crosslinking agent (B) from the resin solid component of the hydrophilic treatment agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 耐水性、親水持続性、特にヒートサイクル試験後の親水持続性、耐水溶出性及び水滑落性に優れた熱交換器用アルミニウムフィン材を提供すること。【解決手段】 親水性重合体(A)と、架橋剤(B)とを含有する親水化処理剤であって、親水性重合体(A)/架橋剤(B)の固形分質量比が、97/3〜76/24の範囲内であり、該親水化処理剤の樹脂固形分から架橋剤(B)を差し引いた残りの樹脂固形分100質量部中、親水性重合体(A)の量が91〜100質量部であることを特徴とする熱交換器アルミフィン用の親水化処理剤。【選択図】 なし |
