Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolyte layer capable of manufacturing the solid electrolyte layer suppressing generation of shot circuit than conventional ones.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a solid electrolyte layer having a heat treatment process of heat treating a mixed body containing oxide solid electrolyte and a fluxing agent at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the fluxing agent and lower than the melting point of the oxide solid electrolyte and a holding process of holding them at a solidification temperature of the fluxing agent after the heat treatment process, where the oxide solid electrolyte is LiLaZrOand the fluxing agent is LiBO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来よりも短絡の発生を抑制する固体電解質層を製造することが可能な、固体電解質層の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】酸化物固体電解質と融剤とを含む混合体を、融剤の融点以上かつ酸化物固体電解質の融点未満の温度で熱処理する熱処理工程と、該熱処理工程後に、融剤の凝固温度で保持する保持工程と、を有し、酸化物固体電解質がLi7La3Zr2O12であり、かつ、融剤がLi3BO3である、固体電解質層の製造方法とする。【選択図】図1
