METHANE FERMENTATION METHOD AND METHANE FERMENTATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation method and a methane fermentation apparatus which suitably supply heat quantity consumption of a plant with energy other than hot blast generated by directly combusting biogas.SOLUTION: A methane fermentation method includes: a methane fermentation step for performing methane fermentation of fermentation raw material including litter and organic waste in a methane fermentation tank; a solid-liquid separation step for separating methane fermentation residue from digestion liquid produced in the methane fermentation step; a drying step for drying the methane fermentation residue separated in the solid-liquid separation step; and a combustion step for combusting the dried methane fermentation residue obtained by drying the fermentation residue inn the drying step.
