PULLEY WITH BELT, LIFTING STORAGE DEVICE HAVING PULLEY WITH BELT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PULLEY WITH BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley with a belt which can be manufactured easily, a lifting storage device having the pulley with the belt, and a manufacturing method of the pulley with the belt.SOLUTION: A pulley with a belt comprises a drum, a belt 3, and a shaft 4. The drum is provided with a shaft insertion part 26 which is opened inside a cylinder part 21 in a center axis direction, and into which a shaft 4 is inserted. The drum comprises a plurality of split bodies 2A, 2B split in a radial direction of the cylinder part 21. In the belt 3, a retaining part 31 is provided at one end part of the belt in a longitudinal direction, the retaining having a thickness thicker than the thickness of a portion other than the one end part. The shaft 4 is provided with a belt insertion part which penetrates in the radial direction and opens in an axial direction, and into which a portion other than the retaining part 31 of the belt 3 can be inserted but the retaining part 31 cannot be inserted. The belt 3 penetrates in the radial direction of the shaft 4 while being retained by the retaining part 31. A portion on the other end part side in the longitudinal direction of the belt 3 provided in the shaft 4 is inserted from a space between the split bodies 2A, 2B to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】製造が容易なベルト付きプーリ、ベルト付きプーリを備える昇降収納装置およびベルト付きプーリの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ドラムと、ベルト３と、シャフト４と、を備えるベルト付きプーリである。ドラムは、筒部２１の内部に中心軸方向に開口してシャフト４が挿入されるシャフト挿入部２６が設けられる。ドラムは筒部２１の径方向に分割される複数の分割体２Ａ、２Ｂを有する。ベルト３には、長手方向の一端部に厚みよりも厚い抜止部３１が設けられる。シャフト４には、径方向に貫通するとともに軸方向に開口し、ベルト３の抜止部３１以外の部分が挿通可能で抜止部３１が挿通不能なベルト挿通部が設けられる。ベルト３が抜止部３１により抜止めされた状態でシャフト４の径方向に貫通し、シャフト４に設けられたベルト３の長手方向の他端部側の部分が分割体２Ａ、２Ｂの間から外側に挿通される。【選択図】図５
