PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment capable of improving the reliability for long period of time.SOLUTION: A piece of equipment in an embodiment has a first member, a second member, and a seal material. The first member is formed with a concave part along the peripheral part thereof. The second member has a convex part which is inserted into the concave part to be combined with the first member.
