Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for solvent heating which is capable of easily performing repair exchange work of a heater body without the risk of damage and electric leakage of the heater body, improves heat transfer efficiency from a heater heating part to a solvent and is capable of suppressing heat transfer from the heater heating part to the vicinity of a heater fitting hole on a tank body plate.SOLUTION: A heater 2 for solvent heating configured to heat a solvent 3 stored in a solvent storage tank 1 comprises: a heater protection tube 4 which is fitted while being inserted through a fitting hole 10 formed on a body plate 1a of the solvent storage tank; a heater body 5 which is disposed within the heater protection tube; a heat transfer material 6 filling a clearance between the heater protection tube and a heating part 5a of the heater; and a partition member 9 which has a heat insulation property, is provided at a position closer to the inside of the solvent storage tank in a non-heating part 4b of the heater body and partitions the inside of the heater protection tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ヒータ本体の破損及び漏電のおそれがなく、ヒータ本体の修理交換作業を容易に行うことができ、ヒータ発熱部から溶剤への伝熱効率を向上させると共に、ヒータ発熱部からタンク胴板のヒータ取付穴付近への熱伝達を抑制できる溶剤加熱用ヒータを提供する。【解決手段】溶剤貯留タンク1に貯留された溶剤3を加熱する溶剤加熱用ヒータ2において、前記溶剤貯留タンクの胴板1aに形成された取付穴10に挿通して取り付けられヒータ保護管4と、前記ヒータ保護管内に配置されたヒータ本体5と、前記ヒータ保護管と前記ヒータの発熱部5aとの間に充填された伝熱材6と、断熱性を有し、前記ヒータ本体の非発熱部4bのうち前記溶剤貯留タンクの内側寄りの位置に設けられ、前記ヒータ保護管内を仕切る仕切り部材9とを備える。【選択図】 図1
