Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device in which display quality can be improved, a method for manufacturing an organic EL device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 100 includes: a color filter having a functional layer 32, 33 disposed on a substrate 11, at least one layer of a sealing layer 34 disposed on the functional layer 32, 33, and colored layers 36B, 36G, 36R disposed on the sealing layer 34; and a counter substrate 41 laminated to the color filter with an adhesive 42.
