Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound and a pharmaceutical composition having antihistaminic activity and antiallergic activity, less in hygroscopic property and excellent in physical and chemical stability.SOLUTION: There is provided benzene sulfonate of (S)-4-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl)(2-pyridyl)methoxy]piperidino]butanoic acid represented by the formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition containing of the compound.
