PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic that provides a feeling of permeation through skin, has a whitening effect and a wrinkle inhibiting effect, provides softness to skin, is excellent in effect of contracting pores in skin, and prevents makeup deterioration.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic contains: (a) 0.0001 to 1 mass% of a polymethoxyflavone represented by formula (I); (b) 0.0001 to 0.1 mass% of a compound represented by formula (II); (c) 1 to 30 mass% of a C3-8 glycol; and (d) 0.01 to 5 mass% of a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】肌への浸透感があり、美白効果、しわ抑制効果を有し、肌に柔軟性を与え、毛穴を引き締める効果に優れ、かつ化粧よれを防止する皮膚化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】（ａ）式（I）で示されるポリメトキシフラボン ０.０００１〜１質量％、（ｂ）式（II）で示される化合物 ０．０００１〜０．１質量％、（ｃ）炭素数３〜８のグリコール １〜３０質量％、（ｄ）ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル ０.０１〜５質量％、を含有する皮膚化粧料。【選択図】 なし
