Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer laminate film that can inhibit adsorption of a chemical and an additive onto a support film, can stably release a chemical, is stably manufactured, has good handleability and improved followability to a curved part and a bending/stretching part of an adherend, hardly causes peeling from the adherend, and leaves little residue of an adhesive layer (C) on the adherend when removing the multi-layer laminate film.SOLUTION: A multi-layer laminate film includes a multi-layer film formed by sequentially laminating a thin layer (B) including EVOH (hereinafter referred to as EVOH thin layer (B)), an adhesive layer (C) and a protective layer (D) on a support layer (A) and satisfies both a) and b) as given below: a) the EVOH thin layer (B) is a thin layer formed by applying a solution including EVOH (hereinafter referred to as EVOH solution) onto a film forming the support layer (A); and b) a difference (Hz-▵=-) between a haze degree (cloudiness,) after laminating the adhesive layer (C) on the EVOH thin layer (B) and a haze degree (cloudiness,) of the EVOH thin layer (B) alone is 5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 化学薬品、添加剤の支持フィルムへの吸着を抑制することができ、安定的に化学薬品の放出が行えると共に、安定生産、取扱い性が良好であり、また被貼付体の曲面部、伸縮部への追随性、剥離が生じにくく、かつ多層積層フィルム取外し時、被貼付体への粘着剤層(C)の残りがほとんどない多層積層フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】 支持体層(A)にEVOHを含む薄層(B)(以下、EVOH薄層(B)と称する)、粘着剤層(C)、及び保護層(D)を順次積層した多層フィルムを含み、以下a)、b)をともに満足することを特徴とする多層積層フィルム。a)EVOH薄層(B)が、支持体層(A)を形成するフィルム上にEVOHを含む溶液(以下、EVOH溶液と称す)を塗布して形成される薄膜層であること、b)EVOH薄層(B)に粘着剤層(C)を積層した後でのヘイズ度(曇度、<Hz-C>)と、EVOH薄層(B)のみのヘイズ度(曇度、<Hz-B>)との差(Hz-△=<Hz-B>−<Hz-C>)が5以上であること。【選択図】なし |
