Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grid controller, a grid control system and a grid control program capable of preventing lack of load frequency adjustment power, by allocating demand unbalance power properly to a plurality of accumulator batteries.SOLUTION: A grid controller has a demand unbalance acquisition unit 110 for acquiring the demand unbalance power of a power system where a plurality of accumulator batteries 2 perform charge and discharge, a SOC acquisition unit 120 for acquiring the SOC of the plurality of accumulator batteries 2, respectively, and a distribution unit 130 for distributing both or one of charge power and discharge power to the plurality of accumulator batteries 2. The distribution unit 130 has a command value creation unit 131 for creating a command value of charge and discharge for each accumulator battery 2, so that the demand unbalance power is equal to the total value of variation in the charge power and discharge power of each accumulator battery 2, and the SOC of each accumulator battery 2 is equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の蓄電池に需給アンバランス電力を適切に割り当てて、負荷周波数調整力が不足することを防止できるグリッド制御装置、グリッド制御システム及びグリッド制御プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】複数の蓄電池2が充放電を行う電力系統の需給アンバランス電力を取得する需給アンバランス取得部110と、複数の蓄電池2のそれぞれのSOCを取得するSOC取得部120と、複数の蓄電池2に充電電力及び放電電力の双方若しくは一方を配分する配分部130とを有し、配分部130は、需給アンバランス電力と、各蓄電池2の充電電力及び放電電力の変化量の合計値とが等しく、且つ各蓄電池2のSOCが等しくなるように、各蓄電池2に対する充放電の指令値を作成する指令値作成部131を有する。【選択図】図1 |
