Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission line construction method capable of appropriately preventing contact/short-circuiting between wires caused by a street jump phenomenon and a galloping phenomenon while taking an individual/specific installation situation into account, and a power transmission line facility.SOLUTION: Wires 26-28 are anchored on two or more iron tower arms 16-18 that are arranged at different height positions of each iron tower 12, and the wires 26-28 are installed between the iron towers 12 that are installed continuously. Whether an additional construction is required is discriminated in accordance with horizontal offset amounts of the two iron tower arms 16 and 17 (17 and 18) and a combination of installation places of the iron towers 12. An insulation spacer 60 (62) is fitted between a pair of wires 30 (31) for which it is discriminated that the additional construction is required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】個別・具体的な設置状況を考慮しながら、スリートジャンプ現象及びギャロッピング現象による電線同士の接触・短絡を適切に防止可能な送電線工事方法及び送電線設備を提供する。【解決手段】各鉄塔12の異なる高さ位置に配される2つ以上の鉄塔アーム16〜18にそれぞれ電線26〜28を引き留め、連なって設置される鉄塔12の間に電線26〜28を架設する。2つの鉄塔アーム16、17(17、18)同士の水平オフセット量及び鉄塔12の設置場所の組み合わせに応じて、追加工事が必要であるか否かを判定する。追加工事が必要であると判定された一対の電線30(31)間に絶縁スペーサ60(62)を取り付ける。【選択図】図3
