Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling capable of selecting a type of holding a buckling compression force of an allowable axial contact surface of a pipe end part where its strength is most reduced and a joint seal priority type for inner pressure and outer pressure, and provide a screen hole machining causing no deterioration of the axial compression strength.SOLUTION: Utilizing an anisotropic composite material, a buttress pipe screw is provided for a type of holding a buckling compression force, and a round screw is provided for a type of giving priority to a proof pressure seal performance. Meanwhile, if a hole machining condition for preventing deterioration of buckling strength to attain an opening ratio of 3% is applied, it becomes possible to make a semi-flash coupling having no deterioration in axial buckling strength with a minimum diameter made by adding 6 mm to a casing pipe outer diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】最も強度低下する管端部の許容軸方向接触面の座屈圧縮力を保持する型と内外圧の継手シール優先型を選択可能にするカップリングと、軸圧縮強度劣化とならないスクリーン穴加工を提供する。【解決手段】異方性複合材を生かし、座屈圧縮力を保持する型にはバットレス配管ネジ、耐圧シール性能を優先する型にはラウンドねじを設け、一方、座屈強度劣化を防止して3%の開口率を得るための加工穴条件を適用すれば、ケーシング管外径に6mm加えた最小径で軸力座屈の強度劣化がないセミフラッシュカップリングが可能となった。【選択図】図3
