Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a multi-story building with a skeleton mainly of reinforced concrete to be easily constructed.SOLUTION: A mixed structure building 1 comprises: an external skeleton 2 which is constructed of rebar and concrete; and an internal skeleton 3 which is installed in a space S inside the external skeleton 2 and constructed of a material different form the external skeleton 2. The external skeleton 2 has: a first floor body 23; a plurality of main columns 21 upwardly extended from the first floor body 23 with a distance from each other; and a second floor body 23 supported by the plurality of main columns 21 at an elevation higher than the first floor body 23.
