Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator that can prevent a large constraining force from concentrating on a portion of a window and a window frame by adjusting a stopper into a proper position, even if the dimensional tolerance of other parts such as a windowpane, a door and a window frame or the tolerance of a fixed position are present, and provide its mounting method.SOLUTION: A window regulator includes a guide rail, a carrier plate and a drive unit. The window regulator has a redirecting member mounted in the upper end of the guide rail, a fastening member for fixing the redirecting member to the guide rail, and a stopper fixed to the guide rail and the redirecting member by the fastening member. A stopper 20 is configured such that the lowermost end of a regulating part 21 is positioned downward by 10 mm or more than the most raised position of a collision section 121A when a fastening member 101 is fixed temporarily and a carrier plate 12 is positioned below. When the carrier plate 12 is lifted most, the regulating part 21 comes into abutment with the collision section 121A and the stopper 20 is liftably supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】窓ガラス、ドア、窓枠などの他部品の寸法公差または固定位置の公差があっても、ストッパを適切な位置に調整して、大きな拘束力が窓と窓枠の部分に集中することを防ぐことのできるウインドウレギュレータおよびその取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】ガイドレールと、キャリアプレートと、駆動部とを備えたウインドウレギュレータであって、ガイドレールの上端に取り付けられる方向転換部材と、方向転換部材をガイドレールに固定する締結部材と、締結部材によってガイドレールおよび方向転換部材に対して固定されるストッパとを有し、ストッパ20は、締結部材101が仮固定で、キャリアプレート12が下に位置するとき、規制部21の最下端が、衝突部121Aの最上昇位置よりも10mm以上下方に位置し、キャリアプレート12を最も上昇させたとき、規制部21が衝突部121Aと当接して、ストッパ20が上昇可能に支持される。【選択図】図2 |
