PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a center of a sheet bundle and a center of binding.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device comprises: a binding part for binding a sheet bundle; a sheet bundle loading part for loading the sheet bundle to be bound; and an operation control part for controlling an operation so as to a center of a sheet bundle in a thickness direction of the loaded sheet, and a position of a center of a binding in the thickness direction in the binding part are aligned in the thickness direction.
