BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS AND BLOW MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform preliminary blow molding of high degree of freedom by inflating a parison limitlessly in performing preliminary blow molding.SOLUTION: A blow molding apparatus comprises: a pair of parison chucks 10 which grip a parison P at two upper and lower positions; a metal mold 20 which sandwiches the parison P between the pair of parison chucks 10; and a blow device 30 which inserts a blow nozzle 31 into the parison P via one of the pair of parison chucks 10. In the pair of parison chucks 10, one (first chuck 11) grips the parison P in an open state, the other one (second chuck 12) closes and grips the parison P, the blow device 30 performs preliminary blow molding of the parison before the metal mold 20 sandwiches the parison P, and performs clamping blow molding of the parison P after the metal mold 20 sandwiches the parison P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】予備的なブロー成形を行う際に、制限無くパリソンを膨らませることにより、自由度の高い予備ブロー成形を行う。【解決手段】ブロー成形装置は、パリソンＰを上下２箇所で把持する一対のパリソンチャック１０と、パリソンＰを一対のパリソンチャック１０の間で挟持する金型２０と、一対のパリソンチャック１０の一方を介して、パリソンＰ内にブローノズル３１を挿入するブロー装置３０とを備え、一対のパリソンチャック１０は、一方（第１チャック１１）がパリソンＰを開口状態で把持して、他方（第２チャック１２）がパリソンＰを閉塞して把持し、ブロー装置３０は、金型２０がパリソンＰを挟持する前に。パリソンの予備ブロー成形を行い、金型２０がパリソンＰを挟持した後に、パリソンＰの型締めブロー成形を行う。【選択図】図４
