【課題】ドレス加工及びホーニング加工を行うギヤの加工方法であって、歯面の修正幅が大きく汎用性も高いギヤの加工方法を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】ドレス加工時、ホーニング加工後の被加工ギヤ2と異なる歯面311を有するドレスギヤ3を用い、該ドレスギヤ3のホーニング砥石1に対する相対的な回転軸間距離D又は角度、或はリードの値を、制御することにより、ホーニング砥石1の歯面111を、予め定めた所定の形状に成形し、ホーニング加工時、被加工ギヤのホーニング砥石に対する相対的な回転軸間距離又は角度、或はリードの値を、制御することにより、被加工ギヤの歯面を、予め定めた所定の形状に成形する。【選択図】図4 |
