The length of the tip part 3 is 30-180 mm, the outer diameter is 1-8 mm, the lower end of the cylindrical tip part 3 is sealed, the lower end is of a reverse conical shape or a reverse circular truncated cone, and a suction discharge port 4 is provided by drilling on the lower end side peripheral wall of the tip part 3.
