Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip which is used to be fitted to an automatic suction measuring device and has a structure suitable for sucking/collecting a specific layer after specific gravity centrifugal separation.SOLUTION: In a specific gravity separation layer sucking/collecting chip, a mating-connecting part 1 for mating-connecting with an automatic suction measuring device is included at the upper part, succeeding to the mating-connecting part 1, a substantially-cylindrical liquid storing part 2 is formed, succeeding to the liquid storing part 2, a cylindrical tip part 3 which has an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the liquid storing part 2 and has the inner diameter being gradually smaller as proceeding to the tip side is formed. The length of the tip part 3 is 30-180 mm, the outer diameter is 1-8 mm, the lower end of the cylindrical tip part 3 is sealed, the lower end is of a reverse conical shape or a reverse circular truncated cone, and a suction discharge port 4 is provided by drilling on the lower end side peripheral wall of the tip part 3. 【課題】自動吸引計量装置に装着して使用されるチップであって、比重遠心分離後の特定の層を吸引/採取するのに適した構造を有するものを提供する。【解決手段】上部に自動吸引計量装置と嵌合接続するための嵌合接続部1を有し、嵌合接続部1に続いて実質的に筒状の液体収容部2が形成されており、更に液体収容部2に続いて、液体収容部2の内径よりも細い内径を有し、先端側に向かって徐々に内径が小さくなった管状の先端部3が形成されており、先端部3の長さが30〜180mmで、外径が1〜8mmであること、管状の先端部3の下端が封鎖されており、当該下端が逆円錐形状又は逆円錐台形状であること、及び、前記先端部3の下端側の周壁に吸引吐出口4が穿設されていることを特徴とし、吸引吐出口4は複数設けられていることが好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
