Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCB treatment method that can reduce volumes of a basicity conditioner while enhancing treatment efficiencies in plasma treatment.SOLUTION: The PCB treatment method comprises: a fracturing step of fracturing an electric apparatus containing PCB; a magnetically separating step of magnetically separating the electric apparatus fractured in the fracturing step into magnetic matter and non-magnetic matter; and a melting step of melting the non-magnetic matter by being subjected to plasma treatment after adding, to the non-magnetic matter, predetermined amounts of basicity conditioner determined according to amounts of iron contained in the non-magnetic matter; and an adjusting step of adjusting addition amounts of the basicity conditioner according to amounts of ferric oxide container in slag to be generated in the melting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】プラズマ処理の処理効率を高めつつ、塩基度調整剤の減量化を図ることのできるPCB処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】PCBが含まれる電気機器を破砕する破砕工程と、破砕工程で破砕された電気機器を、磁性物と非磁性物とに選別する磁選工程と、非磁性物に対し、非磁性物に含まれる鉄分量に応じて決定された所定量の塩基度調整剤を添加したのち、非磁性物をプラズマ処理して溶融分解する分解工程と、分解工程で生成されるスラグに含まれる酸化第二鉄の量に応じて、塩基度調整剤の添加量を調整する調整工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
