CONTINUOUS DEFOAMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous defoaming device designed so as to restrict foaming of a liquid substance after a defoaming process.SOLUTION: A continuous defoaming device 1 defoams a liquid substance L within a vacuum container 2, and then discharges the liquid substance L by a liquid discharge pump 30. This continuous defoaming device 1 comprises supply means 10 that supplies the liquid substance L into the vacuum container 2; negative-pressure adjustment means 5 for reducing the inside of the vacuum container 2 to a predetermined pressure and maintaining it; and liquid level control means 40 that controls the height H of the liquid level in the vacuum container 2. In the vacuum container 2, a suction port 30a for the liquid discharge pump 30 and a liquid transfer part 31 for transferring the liquid substance L by a feeding operation are arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、脱泡処理後の液状物質に対して泡の発生を抑制するようにした連続式脱泡装置を提供する。【解決手段】連続式脱泡装置１は真空容器２内で液状物質Ｌの脱泡を行った後、液排出ポンプ３０により前記液状物質Ｌを排出する。この連続式脱泡装置１は、前記真空容器２内に前記液状物質Ｌを供給する供給手段１０と、前記真空容器２内を所定の圧力に減圧し維持する負圧調整手段５と、前記真空容器２内の液面の高さＨを制御する液面制御手段４０と、を備えている。そして、前記真空容器２内には、前記液排出ポンプ３０の吸込口３０ａと、送り動作により前記液状物質Ｌを移送する液移送部３１とが配置されている。【選択図】図１
