FIXED POWER STORAGE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed power storage system in which a plurality of vehicle battery packs are connected in parallel, the system being designed to appropriately determine operation failure of a battery connection relay included in each vehicle battery pack and execute appropriate processing in accordance with the determination result.SOLUTION: If a battery connection relay included in any of a plurality of battery packs 170, 180, a controller 200 executes connection control so as to connect a non-connected battery connection relay included in any of battery packs different from a battery pack to which the battery connection relay has been connected, out of the plurality of battery packs 170, 180.
