Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush motor that is able to reduce pulsation of current flowing in a brush.SOLUTION: A brush motor 100 comprises: a plurality of permanent magnets 4 disposed on the inner peripheral surface 8 of a stator core 7 along a circumferential direction such that magnetic poles adjacent to each other are different; a rotor core 5 accommodated radially inside the plurality of permanent magnets 4 and having a plurality of teeth 1 formed along a circumferential direction; a plurality of coils 9 formed by winding linear materials around the plurality of teeth 1; a plurality of segments 2 to which a pair of end parts of the beginning and end of the linear material of each of the plurality of coils 9 are connected and which are annularly disposed; and at least two pairs of brushes 3 electrically conducts to the coils 9 by their contact with the segments 2. The opening angle θ of the brush 3 along a circumferential direction is set such that the ratio of the smallest number to the largest number of coils 9 conducted when the brushes 3 come into contact with the segments 2 has a relation of 1≤the largest number/the smallest number≤1.2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブラシに流れる電流の脈動を低減することが可能なブラシモータを提供する。【解決手段】ブラシモータ100は、ステータコア7の内周面8に、互いに隣接する磁極が異なる磁極となるように周方向に沿って配設された複数の永久磁石4と、複数の永久磁石4の径方向内側に収容され、周方向に沿って複数のティース1が形成されたロータコア5と、複数のティース1に線材を巻き回して形成された複数のコイル9と、複数のコイル9における線材の巻始め及び巻終わりの一対の端部が夫々接続され、環状に配設された複数のセグメント2と、セグメント2と接触してコイル9に通電する少なくとも二組のブラシ3と、を備え、セグメント2にブラシ3が接触した際に通電されるコイル9の最小数と最大数との比が、1≦最大数/最小数≦1.2の関係となるように、周方向に沿ったブラシ3の開角θが設定されている。【選択図】図1 |
