PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, an image forming method and a computer program, which provide a photograph seal sheet with high designability by allowing a change in image quality or deformation of a distortion and giving priority to a sense of unity as a whole and can improve user satisfaction.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: acquisition means for acquiring image data of a plurality of images from a photographing device for photographing a person subject; and forming means for forming a composite image in which the plurality of images corresponding to the acquired image data are arranged in a prescribed range. The image forming device also includes changing means for distorting or altering the image corresponding to the image data acquired by the acquisition means.
